Frequently Asked Questions
How fast is delivery?+
All products are digital and delivered automatically by email within minutes of a successful payment — always within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
What is FiveM and what are lore-friendly vehicles?+
FiveM is a multiplayer modification for GTA V that lets you run your own servers. Lore-friendly vehicles are cars that blend seamlessly into the GTA/FiveM world and don't look like real-world branded vehicles.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept PayPal and credit/debit card (Stripe). Prices include VAT and you receive a proper invoice by email after your purchase.
Are the vehicles TOS friendly?+
Yes. All of our vehicles are fully TOS-compliant and lore friendly. They do not violate the FiveM Terms of Service and pose no risk to your server.
How do I install vehicles on my FiveM server?+
Every vehicle ships as a ready-to-use FiveM resource. Extract the file into your server resources folder, add it to your server.cfg and restart the server. An installation guide is included with every download.
Do you offer refunds?+
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the content has been delivered. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected — see our Right of Withdrawal page.
How does the discount system work?+
The more you spend, the bigger your discount: spend €100 to get 20% off, €120 for 25% and €150 for 30%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
