Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/UK you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jessica Kemper, Schmiedepfad 8, 51545 Waldbröl, Germany) of your decision by a clear statement. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content

EU/UK Customers: By purchasing and downloading this digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.

This consent is obtained before purchase: on every product page and again at checkout, where you must actively confirm it before you can place an order. As our products are digital and delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal therefore expires as soon as the download has been made available to you.
